TECHNICAL REPORT ON THE REPAIR OF DISHING ON A DIAPHRAGM 1.0      INTRODUCTION Definitions of dishing in a diaphragm is the form of deformation that occurs across the axis of the diaphragm. The diaphragm is a hollow disk that holds the stator blades (nozzles) in its annular area. (The rotor blades are fixed on the turbine rotor.) In each stage, a diaphragm consists of an upper- and a lower-half. Each half of the diaphragm is fixed to the respective halves of the casing. Two African firms to Begin Producing NASA-Designed COVID-19 Ventilator

  According to newsfeed from NASA,  In late April, NASA announced the development of Ventilator Intervention Technology Accessible Locally (VITAL), a ventilator prototype designed specifically to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then,  28 manufacturers  around the world have been licensed to make the device. So far so good Brazil is the only one already preparing to begin production. Now that they currently ranked second highest in numbers of death recorded due to COVID 19 after USA which record the highest.  Anvisa, Brazil's counterpart to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, announced approval of this effort during an Aug. 24 press conference with the licensee, a joint partnership between Russer, a medical device manufacturer, and CIMATEC (Manufacturing and Technology Integrated Campus), a nonprofit research and development institution.
